Internship – Human Resources (HR)

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding activities for new hires, including preparing documentation and coordinating orientation sessions.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR management systems.
  • Conduct research on HR trends and assist in developing policies and procedures.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, such as team-building events and training sessions.
  • Collaborate with HR managers on performance reviews and feedback processes.
  • Provide administrative support for HR-related tasks, such as maintaining databases and generating reports.
  • Learn and apply labor laws and best practices in HR management.

Qualifications

  • Interest in human resources and a desire to learn about HR processes and systems.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English (B1 level or higher) for effective collaboration and documentation.
  • Familiarity with HR management systems or tools is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
