Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a content marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Research, create, and manage high-quality, engaging content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, social media posts, and email campaigns.
  • Optimize content for SEO to increase organic visibility and drive website traffic.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and sales, to ensure content aligns with brand voice and business goals.
  • Plan and execute content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of all content deliverables.
  • Analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or HubSpot, and adjust strategies based on insights.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging topics to create relevant and timely content.
  • Manage and grow content distribution channels, including blogs, newsletters, and social media platforms.
  • Repurpose and optimize existing content to maximize reach and effectiveness.
  • Conduct audience research to better understand target demographics and tailor content accordingly.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or a related field.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong portfolio of published content.
  • Proficiency in SEO principles and experience with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, HubSpot, or Drupal.
  • Experience managing content calendars and delivering content across multiple platforms.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and content distribution strategies.
  • Ability to analyze metrics and adapt content strategies for improved performance.
  • Strong research skills and the ability to transform complex topics into accessible, engaging content.
  • Proficiency in English (C1 level or higher) for creating and editing content with precision.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
