Software Engineer – AI/ML

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
  • Build scalable AI/ML pipelines and integrate models into production systems.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to identify opportunities for applying AI/ML techniques.
  • Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis on large datasets.
  • Optimize models for performance, scalability, and interpretability.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI/ML research and integrate new techniques into projects.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including model training, deployment processes, and results analysis.
  • Debug and resolve performance bottlenecks in AI/ML workflows.
  • Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development with a strong focus on production-grade systems.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, with hands-on experience in libraries/frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
  • Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or Databricks is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of machine learning concepts such as supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning, and natural language processing (NLP).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS (SageMaker), Azure (ML Studio), or Google Cloud (AI Platform).
  • Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases for data management.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and MLOps practices for deploying AI/ML models.
  • Strong mathematical foundation, including knowledge of linear algebra, probability, and optimization techniques.
  • Experience in version control systems like Git and collaborative tools like Jupyter notebooks.
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher) for effective collaboration.
